VHL does not directly collect, process, or hold payments for medical memberships or prescription plans. All financial transactions, billing, and subscriptions are processed securely and directly by our partner provider, Nu Health Rx.
 

2. Refund & Cancellation Requests Because VHL is not the merchant of record, we do not have the authority to issue refunds or cancel active subscriptions directly.
 

• All requests for refunds, cancellations, or billing disputes must be directed to Nu Health Rx.

• These requests will be subject to Nu Health Rx's terms of service and refund policies.

Partner Program Fees (If Applicable) If you have paid a separate administrative or marketing fee directly to VHL to join as a business partner (Network/Affiliate/Dealer), please note that these specific business-to-business fees are non-refundable once access to the Partner Portal has been granted, as they cover immediate access to proprietary training and marketing assets.
