• Not Insurance: The plans marketed by VHL are membership-based discount programs and telehealth access plans. They are NOT health insurance policies. They are designed to complement, not replace, traditional health insurance.
 

• No Medical Advice: VHL connects members to licensed medical providers via third-party networks. VHL does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only.
 

3. Medical Disclaimer THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY CARE. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE FACING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
 

4. Partner Program Users who join the VHL Partner Program agree to represent our products accurately. Partners are independent contractors and not employees of VHL. Partners must clearly disclose that VHL is not an insurance carrier. Misrepresentation of our services may result in immediate termination of the partnership account.
 

5. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
