1. Strict No-Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

All partner activation fees, setup charges, and licensing payments made to Virtual Health Life LLC (including Regional President, Team Leader, and Associate tiers) are strictly non-refundable. All sales are final.

 

2. Immediate Digital Provisioning & Territory Allocation

Upon receipt of payment, Virtual Health Life immediately incurs operational costs and initiates proprietary back-office actions, including but not limited to:

• Provisioning dedicated 256-bit encrypted partner portals and IT tracking engines.

• Reserving and locking geographic county territory dealership exclusivity.

• Deploying turnkey back-office administrative infrastructure and automated clinical routing.

 

Because these digital assets, territory reservations, and administrative licenses are activated immediately upon transaction completion, no full or partial refunds, chargebacks, or pro-rated reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

3. 60-Day Upgrade Credit (Non-Cash Credit)

While fees are strictly non-refundable:

• Associate tier partners ($499) are granted a 100% Upgrade Credit Guarantee for sixty (60) days from the initial payment date.

• 100% of the initial $499 activation fee may be credited toward upgrading to a higher licensing tier (Team Leader or Regional President) by paying the applicable difference. This credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company constitutes a direct breach of this Agreement. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Virtual Health Life reserves the right to immediately terminate portal access, revoke territory rights, cancel all accumulated commissions, and recover associated administrative and legal fees.

5. Explicit Acknowledgment

By completing your payment via Zelle, credit card, ACH, or online invoice, you explicitly acknowledge, agree to, and accept this Strict No-Refund Policy.
